  FORMING YOUR
  VOXX MOUTHGUARD

• Fill saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Remove water from heat source and transfer the hot liquid to a separate container.

  Place VoxxPower into hot water for 95 seconds and submerge completely (use a spoon to keep it submerged).

  Do not exceed heating time.

• Carefully remove mouthguard from water. Shake off surface water from mouthguard.

  Quickly move to step 3.
  (Careful, it may be a bit hot).

• In front of a mirror, carefully fit the VoxxPower onto upper teeth. Make sure the notch on the guard is aligned in between the two front top teeth. Secure onto upper teeth and work toward back teeth.

  Now, bite down firmly on the mouthguard while sucking in strongly, using fingers to press edges of mouthguard onto teeth and gum line. With your tongue push guard up against inside of palette and back of front teeth. This is key for a tight fit.

  Continue for 20 seconds.

• With the mouthguard in place, take a drink of cold water. Make sure to swirl water around in mouth. This will be key for a tight fit of mouthguard.

• Remove guard from mouth and cool under cold running water for 30 seconds. Place back into mouth for a good firm fit.

• If fit is not accurate, repeat steps 1 - 5.

  After fitting, only if necessary, carefully trim the mouthguard to remove and excess material. Remove material gradually to avoid trimming away the protective features.

• IN ORDER FOR MOUTHGUARD TO PROTECT, FIT, OFFER BENEFITS AND LAST, IT MUST BE WORN ON YOUR TEETH AND GUMS AS INDICATED IN THE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS.

  IF ANY MOUTHGUARD IS NOT WORN PROPERLY AND/OR IS CHEWED, ITS PROTECTION, FIT, EFFICACY AND DURABILITY WILL BE GREATLY DIMINISHED.
